1. General Information
1.1 MyBabyPuppy.com is a platform that offers the sale of French Bulldogs (the “Services”).
1.2 These Terms govern your use of the Website and all transactions conducted on the Website.
1.3 If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or Services.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
2.2 By using the Website, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Puppy Availability and Sales
3.1 All puppies listed on the Website are subject to availability.
3.2 MyBabyPuppy.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to inaccuracies in the listing or suspected fraudulent activity.
3.3 A deposit is required to hold a puppy, which is non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Full payment is required before the puppy is transferred to you.
4. Health Guarantee
4.1 All puppies come with a health guarantee valid for 1 year from the date of sale.
4.2 Buyers must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 5 days of receiving the puppy to validate the health guarantee.
4.3 If the puppy is found to have a genetic health condition, MyBabyPuppy.com will provide a replacement puppy subject to our discretion.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 MyBabyPuppy.com offers delivery services within the United States.
5.2 All shipping arrangements will be made in accordance with the puppy’s safety and well-being.5.3 Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Bulldogs can’t fly in cargo. Hand delivery to your nearest airport is required if you are not within driving distance to us. The cost of delivery is the cost of a round trip flight from San Diego CA to your nearest airport and back.
5.3 Delivery of the dog may not exceed 14 business days from the date of purchase.
6. Refunds and Returns
6.1 Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6.2 Refunds for full payments are only issued in cases of cancellation initiated by MyBabyPuppy.com.
6.3 Once a puppy is delivered, returns are not accepted, except under circumstances covered by the health guarantee.
7. Use of Website
7.1 You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only.
7.2 Unauthorized use of the Website, including hacking or other forms of misuse, is prohibited.
8. Privacy Policy

10.2 Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Diego, California.
